The Beginning...to get bald.
Its a story about a young american actor MIKE who has just
finished a mini series on Television. He is not a great
actor but he is good looking and he does not care much
about money or women in his life, as they come to him
easily.
The problem starts in his life when he starts to loose
hair and he starts to become really paranoid about his hair
problem. We show his life in progressions of six months .
how his problem worsens and how his life becomes traumatic
and all the aspects of his life start to change.
This movie is a progression over two and a half years and
how his life changes in this period in all aspects. The
treatment of the story is at two levels Subconsious and
natural .
In one of the scenes Mike about two of the strands of
hair talking. One of the strand is convincing the other to
leave the head and take a respectable exit. The hair strand
that is trying to stay is actually Mike’s perspective
himself on balding and the other hair strand is the dangers
that he faces.
CHARACTER INTRODUCTION
Mike(plays a tv actor) 20-25 yrs age, young,vibrant,
confident,has a small amount of arrogance in him. His life
takes a turn when he starts to loose hair. The character
goes through a progression of a confident successful actor
to a depressed sad individual who is loosing hair. Mike
tries his best not to loose hair. He career, money and
personal relationships all start to suffer .
Karen-(20-25 yrs)She is a attractive,confident,practical ,
career oriented person. Love is lower in her priority list.
She is an opportunist. She is sleeping around with Mike
because she knows that Mike is an upcoming actor and he
knows her boss, which can help her do well in the job.
Shawn( play director)- 20-25 yrs He is sensitive,confident,
adjusting. Motivated and enthusiastic about life and his
career. Has a good sense of humor
